Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Design promotional materials to showcase the academy’s latest updates, news and activities.
• Create marketing materials for singing and music courses, including advertisements, posters, social media content, and website visuals.
• Design creative assets for concerts and musical productions, such as posters, tickets, and souvenirs.
• Regularly update and enhance the visual style across all social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Periodically review and refresh the corporate identity (CI) to ensure alignment with academy’s brand positioning.
• Research and identify suitable design trends and directions to enhance creative strategies and output.
• Lead and contribute to rebranding initiatives to elevate brand image and market presence.
• Participate in regular team meetings to provide progress updates on ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Strong ability to manage the entire design process, from initial design concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality work.
• Excellent sense of international aesthetics and up‑to‑date knowledge of global design trends.
• Proven capability in brand development and visual identity creation.
• Keen awareness of emerging trends with strong familiarity and proficiency with mainstream social media platforms.
• Proficient in industry‑standard design and video software/applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Highly proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to provide regular progress reports to the supervisor, raise questions when necessary, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
