A global leader in industrial solutions is seeking a Demand Planner to collaborate with the Demand Manager in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle Demantra system, meeting business demands through effective demand cycle management, and maintaining accurate forecasts. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in demand/supply chain planning, along with a relevant bachelor's degree. This position also offers a competitive compensation package and development opportunities.
You will collaborate with the Demand Manager to support automotive SEA business needs through demand cycle management, while ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the Oracle Demantra system. You will be reporting to Demand Planning Manager SEA & Supply Chain Manager, Thailand
Work with Demand Manager to meet automotive SEA business requirements via demand cycle management
Maintain Oracle Demantra system to health operation normally including new account setup, daily system update, coordinate system problem issue and so on
Responsible for FCST accuracy and related demand analysis and issue the report
Coordinate the communication meeting with sales team and supply chain related department
Lead supply chain related issue such as supply issue, RA and SIOP demand process
Assist supply chain related department to improve process to meet business requirement
You are required to have 5 years in material purchasing, production planning, or demand planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with chemical materials and supply chain processes.
Experience operating MRP systems or ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Access for data reporting
