Senior Customer Service Executive (ID: 689316)
We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Senior Customer Service Executive to join manufacturing team in Johor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support, handle complex cases, and play a key part in improving our service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- A. Sales order management
To provide timely sales order entry into system and analyze purchase order by meeting Navision standard. Received customer PO and return acknowledge the receiving of purchase order to customer. To provide clear ECN implementation cut-off in sales order.
- B. Forecast & demand planning
To provide at least current month and 3 month’s forecast demand in ERP system which consider material and production lead time, minimize exposure and liability.
Receive/Request forecast from customer and analyze its accuracy versus actual sales. Report the analysis to related department Sales & Marketing and Material HOD. Review with customer on the forecast accuracy.
- C. Customer coordination
To liaise with customer day to day operation issues and provide shipment demand plan after discussion with customer. Ensure prompt response to customers’ inquiries, complaints’ etc.
- D. Internal coordination
Discuss with planner the feasibility of the delivery date requested by customer otherwise counter propose alternative date to customer. Work closely with Sales & Marketing to understand and prioritize customers’ requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degreeor Diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems & proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong time management skills are essential, particularly for on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese clients).
