Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial role. Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in technical tendering, cost estimation, and budget management.

Job description

To monitor the cost control and ensure the overall budget of all projects are maintained from inception to completion.

Review, analyze, and interpret complex contract documents to ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and legal requirements.

To review and prepare Letter Of Award/ contractual letters/notices/Legal letters/Legal documents.

Evaluate claims for progress payment, variation & final accounts.

Negotiate with client, sub-contractor and consultant on contract and cost issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
