Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation and preparation of contracts for internal and external projects.
• Liaise with FGV Group Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance in contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate business contracts for goods and services.
• Maintain all contract documentation to ensure completeness and accessibility.
• Implement and monitor contract management policies and standards.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Identify contractual risks and financial implications.
• Engage with partners on contract negotiations and performance.
• Support audits related to contracts and governance.
• Mentor the contract management team for accurate execution.
• Monitor contract expiration and renewal timelines.
