Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a QS or contract role for Contract Executive.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience for Senior Contract Executive.
• Good understanding of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, JKR, CIDB forms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Strong numerical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contracts and financial side of construction projects.
• Prepare and submit tenders with cost estimates.
• Administer main contract and sub-contract works.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
