Qualifications

About the job Senior Commissioning Lead/ CSR

• Personnel shall possess a Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Personnel shall have more than seven (7) years of working directly in the commissioning work of gas processing/ wellhead platform.
• The scope of work for the Senior Commissioning Lead/ CSR is to lead the site activities for both onshore and offshore until the completion of the campaign.
• The Commissioning Lead cum CSR is expected to work closely with the Senior Piping/Mechanical HUC Engineer and Senior E&I HUC Engineer during Detail Engineering Stage for HUC Activities, Onshore Fabrication Execution/Management, Offshore HUC Campaign Execution/Completion and Final Readiness for Start Up.
• CSR to review and validate the Contractors HUC Campaign Schedule Plans, Manpower Loadings, Workpacks, Job Cards, MTECs, Job Materials and etc.
• Serve as the client's on-site representative, ensuring project goals are met by knowing and supervising daily work and plans, maintaining safety standards as per CPY EHS Culture all the time, managing communication between various parties i.e Operations, CPY PMT, Contractor PMT, Contractor Marine, Vendor, CPY Marine, CPY Supply Base etc and making crucial decisions on the ground to keep projects on track.
• Key duties include validating contractor work, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (EHS) policies, application and managements of permits, overseeing construction and pre-commissioning activities, reporting/validating progress and acting as the main liaison with other offshore operations and onshore support.
• CSR expected to be able to lead and motivate teams, fostering positive relationships and a commitment to safety and project goals, capable of making timely, informed decisions on behalf of the CPY PMT, especially in critical situations and have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information between diverse parties.
• Oversee, track and manage punchlists for outstanding works and ensure all items are technically signed off and closed out.
• Have a valid Medical Fitness Certificate, Medical Examiner (AME) and T-Bosiet certificate.
