A leading medical distribution firm in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide training on surgical equipment to both internal teams and external healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field, along with 2–3 years of operating theatre experience. Responsibilities include collaborating on training materials, running marketing activities, and managing team workloads. Strong documentation skills and willingness to travel are required.

Collaborate with Product Management to create training materials for Surgical equipment to both internal and external customers
Provide training to the Clinical Management, Sales, Service, or back‑office team on regular basis or as needed
Provide training on the use of products to external customers (nurses, doctors, & other medical personnel)
Actively involved in running external marketing / education programs such as: scientific events (seminars, workshops, exhibitions), product presentations, demonstrations
Work closely with Product Management to create marketing tools for the sales team
Also responsible for developing a product strategy that has been assigned to each Clinical Specialist
Coordinate team members workload and schedule to fulfill training requests for internal & external customers
Develop new team members with hard & soft skills required in order to complete their responsibilities by conducting training, shadowing, coaching, etc.
Involved in establishing management system based on quality management system, quality management system for medical devices, and anti‑bribery management system
Responsible for socializing the system to all divisions and ensuring the effectiveness of the running system
Analyze corrective actions for system effectiveness in divisions
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Health Science, or related field.
Registered Nurse (RN) or similar clinical qualification is a strong advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in operating theatre (OT), surgical nursing, or clinical support.
Experience working with surgical devices/equipment (endoscopy, laparoscopic systems, surgical energy devices, etc.).
Prior experience in clinical training, product demonstrations, or medical device sales support is an added advantage.
Willing to be on-call or support cases outside normal hours if required.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel across hospitals/regions.
