Job description

Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for writing pre-sales solutions for intelligent computing projects; deeply understand customer needs (e.g., government smart city computing power support, enterprise AI model training needs), and formulate customized solutions based on the center's computing power products (IaaS/PaaS/MaaS) and technical capabilities.
• The solution shall cover modules such as demand analysis, product selection (e.g., GPU models, storage solutions), technical architecture, implementation plan, cost budget, and after-sales service, to ensure the solution is professional, feasible and in line with customer budget and technical requirements.
• Participate in solution demonstrations and technical Q&A for customers, explain the advantages and implementation value of the solution to customers, and optimize the solution based on customer feedback (e.g., adjusting configurations, controlling costs) to enhance the competitiveness of the solution.
• Collaborate with the technical team to verify the technical feasibility of the solution to ensure no technical loopholes; collect excellent industry solution cases, accumulate solution templates and methodologies, and improve the efficiency of solution writing.
• Track the progress of the solution, connect with the business development team to understand customer feedback, and adjust the solution in a timely manner; after the project is won, hand over the solution to the delivery team and provide technical handover support.
• Take the lead in designing solutions for complex projects (e.g., cross-border computing power scheduling, large-scale government-enterprise projects), guide intermediate-level solution personnel to carry out work, and participate in the formulation of solution review standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science and technology, electronic information, artificial intelligence or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in pre-sales solution design, including at least 1 year of experience in intelligent computing, cloud computing or AI industry; able to independently complete solutions for complex government-enterprise projects; experience in smart city or enterprise AI transformation solutions is preferred.
• Familiar with the technical architecture of intelligent computing business (e.g., GPU clusters, distributed storage, cloud-native platforms), understand the functions of IaaS/PaaS/MaaS products, and can accurately match customer needs with technical solutions.
• Excellent solution writing and demonstration capabilities; proficient in using tools such as PPT, Visio, and Axure to create solution documents and architecture diagrams; experience in writing technical white papers is preferred.
• Fluent in English; able to independently write English solutions and conduct English demonstrations; basic knowledge of Malay is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, customer-oriented thinking, and learning ability; able to quickly master new technologies and products.
