Job Description
- Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
- Act as 2nd level key user supporting material flow modules (IM/WM) of SAP system.
- Troubleshoot system errors raised by receiving, warehousing and material flow users.
- Support SAP data cleansing activities in regular basis.
- Analyze receiving/warehousing/material flow KPI performance and provide status update.
- Support Kanban process improvement project as part of warehouse space optimization activities.
- Leading new plant receiving improvement tool and I4 projects rollout (iFNS, Auto Goods Receipt, Intelligent Supermarket) with training and workshop.
- Support improvement initiative by participating in plant manufacturing projects lead by other department.
- Prepare reports e.g. Warehouse Capacity, Bin Status, Material Aging, Transfer Order (TO) analysis etc. as and when needed.
- Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban for continuous improvement.
- Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.
- Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on Material Flow Planning.
- Solid hands‑on experience with MRP processes and manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP systems (S/4 HANA is a plus).
- At least 3 years of project experience, preferably involving system implementation or process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies such as automation, robotics, AI solutions, and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
- Programming experience in any language is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with good data handling and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- A self‑driven, adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable handling ad‑hoc assignments and evolving business needs
