Expand business: Establish and develop new business with potential customers in assigned territory/sectors.
Sales visits: Carry out sales visits in accordance with KPI and report visiting reports in Sales system (MS Dynamics) timely.
Sales planning: Work on GP & Volume projection and long/short term action plan to achieve target.
CRM management: Provide client and target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (MSD).
Collaborate: Collaborate closely with internal sales resources/experts to maximize closing ratio.
Client integration: Assure successful client integration and implementation collaboration with operation teams.
Finance support: Assist Finance to achieve the desired DSO target based on respective portfolio of customers.
Product knowledge: Ensure proper knowledge of company’s products by attending and completing all trainings offered and available.
Adhere to policy: Adhere to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group.
Other duties: Perform any other job‑related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Experience: 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management role in freight forwarding industry (logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or related B2B industries)
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
Skills: Proven track record in new business acquisition, achieving sales targets, and managing sales pipeline through CRM systems (MS Dynamics experience preferred).
Management: Strong self‑management, planning, organizing, and goal‑setting skills.
Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Flexibility: Organized, flexible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Team player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
