Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the building.
• Run daily operations for carpark and retail units.
• Formulate standard operating procedures for operations.
• Inspect building conditions and prepare reports.
• Plan and budget expenditures related to operations.
• Handle tenant feedback and ensure adherence to House Rules.
• Develop and implement systems to enhance efficiency.
