Overview

Universal Robina Munchy's is looking for a Senior Brand Executive.

What are the Job Responsibilities?

• Supporting brand strategy and executing effective brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns and all elements of consumer communication relating to brand responsibilities effectively (i.e. Branding, Packaging Design, Advertising Development & Production, Media Effectiveness, Consumer Promotions Sampling, POS Design and production).
• Liaise and work closely with creative, media, PR, digital agencies to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns on time in full
• Understand consumer and market comprehensively; (i.e. insight into consumer dynamics, able to represent the consumer view in all brand decisions and effectively understand the commercial environment). Able to conduct through business analysis and evaluation.
• Supporting new products developments and product renovation management of the NPD process.
• Prepare sales forecasts; monitor sales performance; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product.
• Achieve brand targets, specifically; (i.e responsible for achieving the goals set out in the budget for Marketing; deliver Marketing activity on time and to budget
• Responsible for contributing to the annual goals set out in the Budget.
