Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and able to lead by example.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

About the Role
Reveillon Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista (Café) to lead beverage operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our café outlets.
As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible not only for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages but also for supporting the training of junior baristas, maintaining consistency, and ensuring a welcoming café atmosphere that reflects company’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and serve all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and accuracy during every service period.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools properly.
- Conduct daily calibration of coffee machines and grinders to maintain flavor balance and extraction quality.
- Monitor freshness of ingredients, milk, and syrups to ensure top quality at all times.
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
- Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and make personalized drink recommendations.
- Handle feedback or complaints in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.
- Build rapport with regular guests and promote a positive café experience.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Support the Outlet Manager in training, guiding, and supervising Baristas.
- Lead by example in beverage preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining updated beverage SOPs.
- Motivate the bar team to achieve service excellence and consistency.
4. Operational & Inventory Support
- Assist in daily operations including ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
- Ensure sufficient par levels of coffee beans, milk, and beverage ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bar and café areas according to company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in daily opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and cash handling (if assigned).
5. Brand Standards
- Uphold company’s brand image and hospitality values through quality, presentation, and professionalism.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times according to company SOPs.
