Responsibilities

About the Role

Reveillon Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista (Café) to lead beverage operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our café outlets.

As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible not only for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages but also for supporting the training of junior baristas, maintaining consistency, and ensuring a welcoming café atmosphere that reflects company’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Assurance

  • Prepare and serve all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and accuracy during every service period.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools properly.
  • Conduct daily calibration of coffee machines and grinders to maintain flavor balance and extraction quality.
  • Monitor freshness of ingredients, milk, and syrups to ensure top quality at all times.

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
  • Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and make personalized drink recommendations.
  • Handle feedback or complaints in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.
  • Build rapport with regular guests and promote a positive café experience.

3. Team Leadership & Training

  • Support the Outlet Manager in training, guiding, and supervising Baristas.
  • Lead by example in beverage preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining updated beverage SOPs.
  • Motivate the bar team to achieve service excellence and consistency.

4. Operational & Inventory Support

  • Assist in daily operations including ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure sufficient par levels of coffee beans, milk, and beverage ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bar and café areas according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in daily opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and cash handling (if assigned).

5. Brand Standards

  • Uphold company’s brand image and hospitality values through quality, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times according to company SOPs.
