Job summary

A leading aviation maintenance organization in Shah Alam is seeking a qualified professional to conduct internal audits regarding compliance with regulations and to maintain necessary documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, preferably with an aviation background, and at least two years of experience within a maintenance organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to engage collaboratively within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance organization.
• Strong command of English – both verbal and written.
• Experience with NAAs for approval applications and renewals.
• Trained in Human Factor, Safety Management System, Auditing Techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review MOE and maintenance documents for compliance with regulations.
• Prepare yearly audit schedules and conduct internal audits.
• Acknowledge outcomes of audits and implement corrective actions.
• File audit records and maintain training records and approved suppliers.
