Reporting To: Digital Automation Senior Manager

Working Hours: 2.00PM – 11.00PM

As a Senior Automation Developer at Kerry, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) to drive the identification, design, and development of advanced automation solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency, problem‑solving skills, and leadership abilities to mentor junior team members and manage project pipelines effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement RPA solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Analyse, understand and document the business processes in detail where required.
• Monitor and support deployed automation solutions to ensure they meet ongoing business requirements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance of RPA implementations.
• Analyse and document business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
• Enhance and improve existing RPA solutions using enterprise‑grade platforms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior automation developers in best practices and development techniques.
• Produce insightful management information including dashboards and up‑to‑date stats on automated tasks.
• Work with leadership on automation platform roadmap and strategies.
• Manage the pipeline of automation projects to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development; UiPath experience preferable.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Experience in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Certified UiPath Developer or equivalent certification in other RPA platforms.
• Previous experience in business analysis or related field.
• Knowledge of Object‑Oriented programming in Python, Java, C++, C#.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
