We recruit for full-time employees at all levels, as well as fixed-term, contingent, and flexible talent and support internal movement between roles. As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Role specific accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Communicate and collaborate with line managers on role requirements and vacancy descriptions.
  • Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.
  • Mediating between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring process.
  • Represent the firm at recruitment events, including career fairs and talks.
Expectations as a Senior Associate
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, identify strengths, and address development areas.
  • Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Use a broad range of tools to extract insights from industry trends.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Explain why certain tools are used in given situations.

Preferred skills
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house talent team.
  • Track record delivering full lateral/experienced recruitment, including manager communication, talent recommendations, posting job descriptions, direct sourcing, screening, assessments, coordinating interviews, and closing and onboarding.
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages by audience.
  • Experience working with Hiring Leaders to ensure consistent, quality assessments aligned with DEI requirements.
  • Ability to interpret data and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in hires.
  • Experience managing stakeholder and candidate expectations to ensure compliance and quality.
