What should you do?
  • Responsible for executing all relevant financial close activities and ensuring closing calendar is monitored.
  • Assist in ensuring timely preparation and accuracy of monthly financial closing report and quarterly, yearly closing of management.
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of monthly group consolidation and quarterly reporting pack.
  • Analyse and finalise the month-end closing reports (P&L and BS) and resolve any outstanding issues in relation to inventory and participate in quarterly/annual stock take.
  • Prepare the monthly profit and loss analysis/variance report and comment on fluctuations, and provide key highlights
  • Participate in quarterly and yearly stock take exercise.
  • Responsible for preparing reconciliations for all balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
  • Assist in preparing the required audit and tax schedules for statutory audits, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Responsible for regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and compliance framework, policies and OSOPMs, ensure internal controls are working effectively.
  • Ensure RPT process is complied with and RPT/intercompany transactions are recorded and disclosed accordingly.
  • Participate in projects/new product launches when required.
  • In charge of interco billing matter.
