Job description

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead and deliver data center projects globally, from architectural planning and design through to construction and handover;
• Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
• Apply expertise in architectural and construction details to perform design development;
• Ensure design quality and compliance with all relevant codes;
• Liaise and coordinate with authorities, clients, and the consultant team for all project(s);
• Oversee on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues;
• Guide the project team in preparing deliverables based on project needs;
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships;
• Proactively push boundaries by integrating emerging technologies and trends, including cloud computing, automation, and sustainability, into data center architectural and planning design.

Requirements

• Relevant architectural qualifications and experience;
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of architectural experience with a focus on data center projects. Intermediate, self‑driven and motivated candidates can also be considered;
• Demonstrated understanding of modern data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, network and security systems;
• Experience in consultant selection and management to ensure alignment with project objectives;
• Desired software proficiencies: Applicants are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with design and graphics software, specifically Revit, Rhino, Illustrator and Photoshop, among others;
• Able to adopt and adapt to diverse project requirements and work environments.
