Job summary

A recruitment company in Puchong is looking for a Senior Analyst in Operations & Commercial Excellence. The candidate will focus on supporting the Quality Management System and driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include maintaining document control, assisting in internal audits, and supporting commercial activities. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields is required, along with good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Maintain accurate document control for SOPs, work instructions, and commercial process documents.
  • Assist with internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support day-to-day commercial and marketing activities, including preparation of materials.

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Presentable and comfortable interacting with stakeholders
Experience with Canva or basic photo/video editing

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Quality, Marketing, or related fields

Vacancy: Senior Analyst, Operations & Commercial Excellence

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations & Commercial Excellence to support quality management systems (QMS), operational excellence, and commercial activities. This role works closely with Operations, Operations Excellence, and Commercial teams to ensure process consistency, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain accurate document control for SOPs, work instructions, and commercial process documents, including version control
  • Assist with internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure
  • Support day-to-day commercial and marketing activities, including preparation of materials
  • Maintain customer and lead information
  • Compile quality and commercial operations reports
  • Coordinate and support collaboration between Operations, Operations Excellence, and Commercial teams
Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Manager

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Quality, Marketing, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
