Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Analyst & Reporting to support performance management, data analysis, and reporting activities within Lazada Logistics. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.

The position is part of the Performance Management & Improvement (PMI) function and also supports S&OP and campaign performance monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business pain points and opportunities through data analysis
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational issues and improvement areas
  • Provide insights on business efficiency and service level performance
  • Perform data queries and develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards for performance monitoring
  • Develop and apply data management best practices to support business workstreams
  • Monitor business performance and prepare regular management reports based on agreed timelines
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives
Reporting Line

Reports to the Head of Performance Management & Improvement

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance management, planning, or data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Experience working with SQL databases and building performance dashboards
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to analyse data to identify root causes of performance issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
  • Good organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset
Employment Type
