About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Admin Executive cum Personal Assistant to join our team at Kai Nguong Nursery (KK) Sdn Bhd in Papar, Sabah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our nursery operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle administrative tasks related to projects / tenders registrations and management.
  • Licensing and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely acquisition of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help manage procurement strategies.
  • Provides personal support to managers / directors, managing schedules, correspondence, travel and daily tasks.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by management.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Administration / Business Management.
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.
