We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at ASM Partners in KL, supporting our clients based in Melbourne. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing clients’ financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End‑to‑end processing of financial records
• Prepare and review yearly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Payroll functions
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of tax returns
• Assist with other office tasks as necessary and other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
• Minimum 3‑5 years of accounting experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin. This role requires liaising with Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
