Job summary

A regional financial services company based in Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled finance professional to handle full sets of accounts and prepare financial reports. The role involves assisting in budgeting, tax matters, and collaborating with auditors. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, possess an LCCI Higher Diploma or ACCA qualification, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job description

Handle full set of accounts with proper financial report.

Prepare monthly closing of accounts & reports and timely submission to the Management.

Assist the Senior Finance Manager to prepare Operational budget, Profit & Loss forecast, Cash flow and conduct financial audit, etc.

Handle external auditors, tax agents, Corporate Income Tax, GST & SST matters.

Assist Financing and annual review.

Review draft Audited Financial Statement.

Handle Corporate Tax.

Assist ISO documentation and Patent & Trademark matters.

Review subordinate's works.

Assist ad‑hoc assignments as and when required.

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a LCCI Higher Diploma/ACCA (level I/II) or Degree qualification.

Work Experience:

Minimum 4 or 5 years experiences in the related field.

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills-written and verbal.

PC literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

PC literate and good working knowledge of accounting software such as SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Must be a team player, independent with self‑initiative, meticulous and have strong sense of honesty, accountability, and responsibility.
