Core Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Recording invoices and managing cash flow processes.
  • Handling payroll and related tasks.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Recording transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management.
  • Generating relevant reports as needed.
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
Reconciliation and Discrepancy Resolution
  • Reconciling bank statements with internal records.
  • Resolving any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
  • Reconciling accounts with vendors and customers.
Supporting Finance and Accounts Team
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities.
  • Performing other daily accounting functions.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements.
  • Liaising with customers via WhatsApp.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintaining and updating accounting databases.
  • Streamlining filing systems and handling administrative work.n
  • Liaising with third parties such as auditors and tax agents.
  • Office Management and restocking.
Other
  • Secretarial documents preparation.
Requirements
  • Diploma in accounting or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
