Job summary

An entertainment and F&B hub in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled accountant to conduct daily financial transactions and maintain comprehensive financial records. The ideal candidate should possess at least a degree in Finance or Accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily accounting tasks and maintain a complete set of financial records. 执行日常会计操作和全套账目。
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. 确保公司财务交易准确记录与更新。
  • Assist in preparing tax calculations and conducting year-end audits. 协助准备年终审计与税务核算。
  • Prepare monthly cash flow projections and financial reports. 准备每月现金流量预测和每月财务报告。
  • Ensure the timely filing and submission of SST returns. 确保按时申报和提交销售及服务税 (SST)。
  • Manage the preparation of the annual EA form. 编制年度 EA 表格。
  • Coordinate with external auditors, company secretaries, tax advisors, banks, customers, tenants, and suppliers. 与外部审计师、公司秘书、税务顾问、银行、客户、租户和供应商联络。
  • Handle administrative tasks such as renewing licenses, managing road tax, and insurance. 处理行政工作,例如更新执照、银行担保、路税、保险等。
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed. 不定时协助处理临时指派的任务。
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI higher/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. 应聘者必须至少拥有LCCI金融/会计高级/文凭/学士学位或同等学历。
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. 该职位要求至少2-3年相关领域工作经验。
