Senior Accounts Executive

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of the Firm’s finance operations.
  • Oversee cash flow management and prepare/review budgets and financial projections (yearly, monthly, and daily).
  • Develop, implement, and enforce accounting methods, policies, and standards.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure timely submission of e‑Invoicing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting role within law firms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Accounts Assistant / Admin Clerk

📌 Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of general accounting and administrative support tasks.
  • Assist with daily operational and admin duties within the Accounting Department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of supporting documents (invoices, receipts, payment slips).
  • Handle data entry and documentation filing.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
