Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of full set accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and month-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage bank reconciliation, payment approval process, and petty cash.
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as payroll support.

Skills

Accounting software proficiency (SQL/Autocount)
Strong Excel skills
Good command of English
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
