This is a overall finance leader role responsible for several legal entities in Malaysia & Singapore.

What will you do?
  • Oversee the monthly US GAAP financial close processes, Month-end accounting close responsibilities, preparation of flux analysis, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Oversee the Tax related to the US and local.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the team\'s development to achieve best practices and optimal output.
  • Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business models.
  • Oversee the external audit, review and analyze results, and recommend the audited financial statements for approval.
  • Develop and oversee the internal review function to ensure that finance and operations controls and policies are complied with in the provincial and field offices. Ensure effective follow-up processes are in place.
  • Ensure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business.
  • Providing and interpreting financial information, Supporting the annual budgeting process.
  • Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Good English skills both written & verbal
  • Familiar with ERP Systems and office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel from time to time.
