The Account Manager role is responsible for the implementation and roll‑out of cross‑border payment products at the client end, resolving various product usage or business issues encountered by clients during product utilization, and helping clients achieve their business development goals. The ideal candidate should have work experience in account management or related fields, be passionate about the cross‑border payment industry, possess excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and have strong logical thinking and execution abilities.
