Job summary

A leading software solutions company seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage key accounts and drive new business for cybersecurity and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector, strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, performance bonuses, medical coverage, and 14 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Senior Account Manager Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive new business, manage key accounts, and ensure long‑term customer success for cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure space.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal technical, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Must‑have
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.

  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mindset with high levels of ownership, consistency, and resilience.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, security certifications).
