A logistics service provider in Shah Alam is seeking an Accounts Executive responsible for invoice verification, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, have at least 3 years of experience in finance/accounts, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices are carried out via proper verification process.
• Ensure all invoices are paid timely and accurately.
• Carry out supplier reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly cash outflow forecast for local & foreign currency payment.
• Handle daily cash flow reporting.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices are carried out via proper verification process
• Ensure all invoices are paid timely and accurately
• Ensure proper monthly closing & reports preparation
• Carry out supplier reconciliation
• Prepare monthly cash outflow forecast for local & foreign currency payment
• Handle daily cash flow reporting
• Ensure monthly valuation for unrealized Forex Gain/Loss transaction
• Update system daily exchange rate
• Monitor and update incoming fund for overseas customers
• Send customer monthly Statement of Accounts
• Prepare Bank Guarantee request
• Ensure job are updated with correct cost for proper costing
• Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis
• Prepare monthly P&L account analysis for the audit and tax requirement

Job Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or partial professional qualification in CPA/AACA/CIMA
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance/Accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Positive and possess the right working ethic attitude
• High commitment and supportive to the team
• Strong attention to details and data accuracy
