High Wisdom Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Accounting and Reporting division, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and reporting processes for our diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time position is based in our Seremban 2 office in Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

• Handling full set of accounts including E-Invoices
• Handling online payment (local & oversea) & bank facility such as Banker Acceptance.
• Prepare salaries included EPF, SOSCO, EIS & EPCB.
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures, as well as supporting the preparation of audit materials
• Liased with company secretary, external auditor for auditing, tax agents and bankers in relation to the preparation of final accounts and tax matters and coordinate annual audit exercise.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar senior accounting role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
