Job summary

A leading seafood processing company in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage a full set of accounts and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, especially in taxation and statutory submissions. You will lead a team, ensuring compliance with internal controls and contribute to budgeting and cash flow management. A strong knowledge of accounting software is essential for this role. Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably as an account executive.
• Strong understanding of tax management and statutory submissions.
• Experience handling reconciliation and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL.
• Prepare financial reports and management accounts.
• Lead a team of junior executives in accounting finalization.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Manage withholding tax, and statutory submissions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Manage cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting,cost control and tax saver.
• Liase with auditor, tax agent , bankers and company secretary
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
• Lead and assist a team of junior executives in monthly accounting finalization.
• Implement and monitor tight internal control and strict compliance with company's policies.
