Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or related field.
• Familiar with Malaysia's financial policies and tax regulations.
• Experience in retail industry is a plus.

• Assist in financial reports and analysis.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries with accuracy.
• Handle Full Set Account (AP, AR, GL, Petty cash & Bank Recon).
• Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, operating expenses, and monthly closing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and operating expenses on time with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the team to make numbers a driving force for the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge with full set accounts.
• Familiar with Malaysia's financial policies, accounting regulations and related tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting double entries.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience in the retail industry or AutoCount system will be a plus.
