About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. From handling daily accounting entries to assisting with audits and financial reporting, your contributions will help maintain the financial integrity of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily accounting functions, including updating and maintaining accurate data in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in liaising with auditors for statutory audits and with tax agents by providing requested information or documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure all documents are properly organized and filed, and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Accountancy or a related field
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for reporting and reconciliation tasks
