About the role

Dyna Source Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting operations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes
• Reconciling accounts, managing payables and receivables, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings
• Providing support to the accounting team and collaborating with other departments to resolve financial-related issues
• Implementing and improving financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Thorough understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
