Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Ipoh is seeking a Product Engineer responsible for production support and yield improvements. You will analyze failures, monitor yield performance, and collaborate with QA to enhance product quality. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a minimum of 2 years' experience in semiconductor processes. Strong English communication skills and familiarity with C/C++ are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on reducing scrap costs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Semiconductor process flow and testing.
• Familiar with Power Management products testers.
• Exposure to automotive testing flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets/exceeds all yield, quality, timeline commitments.
• Debug and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure analysis.
• Monitor yield performance and work on yield improvements.
• Work with QA on customer returns root cause analysis.
• Production sustaining support for OSAT to meet supply chain requirement.
