Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with local regulations, including salary calculations, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Maintain accurate payroll records and provide reports as needed.
- Handle the preparation and issuance of annual EA Forms.
- Prepare and submit annual statutory Form E.
- Handle stamp duty matters for new staff, including the stamping of employment-related documents.
Recruitment and Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process to meet staffing needs in a timely manner.
Company Events and Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize company events, including team-building activities, Sports Tournament, celebrations.
- Promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture through regular activities and feedback sessions.
- Assist in developing programs to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) can be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and address queries.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail when processing payroll, handling employee records, and organizing events.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, especially when handling recruitment, payroll processing, and performance appraisals simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential employee and company information.
