Overview
Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign‑owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US‑based global supplier of household products and industrial tools. The Malaysia base covers 45.25 acres and houses six fully equipped factories, a five‑story modern office building, two three‑story canteens, activity centers and four five‑story dormitory buildings.
Position Overview
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company’s administrative and logistics support system. Through effective allocation and optimisation of resources (canteen, hostel, transportation, and office facilities) the role ensures a safe, efficient, and working environment that supports production operations, enhances employee satisfaction and strengthens the company’s corporate image.
Key Responsibilities

Canteen Management: Oversee food safety, hygiene standards and service quality; control food procurement costs and review menus; conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and continuously improve meal quality.

Hostel Management: Manage employee accommodation arrangements for onboarding and off‑boarding; supervise maintenance of hostel facilities, utilities safety and cleanliness; establish and improve hostel management policies to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Vehicle & Transportation Management: Coordinate and schedule company vehicle usage, optimise routes and ensure transportation needs for production and business activities are met; manage vehicle licensing, inspections, insurance, maintenance, traffic violation handling, driver safety, fuel consumption and maintenance costs.

Customer Reception & External Liaison: Handle visitor reception arrangements for key customers, suppliers and government officials; assist with business license renewals, changes and applications for government incentives or subsidies.

Factory Environment, Safety & Hygiene: Oversee cleanliness of factory premises, offices and landscaping areas; promote and implement 5S site management standards; supervise security patrols, CCTV inspections, fire‑fighting facilities and respond to administrative emergencies.

Procurement & Asset Management: Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and manage procurement of office supplies, PPE and gifts; establish approval and issuance procedures; maintain administrative fixed asset registers, conduct routine inspections, repairs and asset disposal.

Administrative Budget & Team Management: Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget; monitor and control administrative expenses; lead, guide, evaluate and train the administrative and support teams including cleaners, security personnel, canteen staff, drivers and administrative officers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex on‑site issues effectively.
- Familiar with vehicle inspection procedures, fire safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail‑oriented, principled and professional, with excellent communication skills and business reception etiquette.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English for daily communication and team management.
