  • Ability to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Responsibility
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and routing appropriately.
  • Oversee office operations, including procurement of supplies, maintenance of equipment, and vendor management.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Organize company events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and attendee management.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.
