Prepare, draft, and type letters, emails, and other correspondence
Take meeting minutes and prepare minutes of meetings (MoM)
Perform filing and proper record-keeping (both physical and electronic)
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
Manage documents, forms, and office paperwork
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Support day-to-day office operations as required
