Job summary

A leading fintech company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment across Southeast Asia. This role requires operational excellence and strategic execution in hiring, focusing on stakeholder satisfaction and innovative sourcing. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of recruitment experience and is proficient in ATS/HRMS systems. Responsibilities include leading campus hiring programs, managing compensation negotiations, and driving employee engagement initiatives across SEA. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in SEA or multi-country environment.
  • Strong track record in campus and alternate sourcing strategies.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Tech, or Business Operations hiring is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for SEA across functions and levels.
  • Lead campus hiring and establish strong talent pipelines.
  • Plan and execute hiring drives for volume or time-sensitive needs.
  • Activate alternate sourcing channels to strengthen talent supply.
  • Drive effective compensation negotiations balancing candidates and internal parity.
  • Partner on strategic TA projects with BU Heads and HR Partners.
  • Provide hiring visibility through dashboards for SEA leadership.
  • Deliver a superior candidate experience with consistent communication.
