Job summary

A leading multinational firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a T&T Manager - Legal Counsel to manage contractual and legal risk in the Southeast Asia region. Qualifications

• A recognised law degree from an established university, and qualified in Malaysia and/or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in reviewing and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support negotiations in commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial matters in a fast-paced environment.
