Job Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sea and air freight business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage daily operations for sea and air freight, including cargo scheduling, routing, and compliance with shipping and aviation regulations.
• Oversee shipment processes to ensure timely, secure, and efficient movement of goods.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information, issue resolution, and high service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to optimize transportation solutions and cost efficiency.
• Analyze pricing, financial performance, and market conditions to support competitive pricing strategies and cost‑saving measures.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
• Lead and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance working environment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development, sales performance, and logistics operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
