Welton Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Van Driver to join our team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor. As a full-time School Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our students to and from school, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a school van to transport students to and from school on a daily basis
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the van
• Assist students with boarding and disembarking the van, providing a helpful and friendly service
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff to ensure efficient transportation
• Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and any incidents during the journey
• Provide a calm and nurturing environment for students during the commute

What we're looking for

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience driving a school van or similar passenger transport vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to remain calm and patient in potentially stressful situations
