As a full service-based partner to SAP, Advant has expertise in the field of cloud computing, IoTs, programming and support. Advant is helmed by very experienced ICT personnel in various fields and capacities complemented by a mix of experienced and young personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects related to technical upgrade and enhancement for multiple clients
• Involving and preparing the documentation, pricing and technical for tender submission
• To ensure all the deliverables and requests will be attended based on agreed SLA for projects and CR’s timeline
• Work within an engagement team and function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs
• To elicit the final scope of development by conducting proper business requirement analysis (dependencies, prioritization, and gap analysis) for each project and CR
• Working with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into written requirements which can be understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, design process (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations for each request
• Drives tasks for completion and maintain schedules as per approved project and CR timeline
• Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning
• Facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with business team and application vendors if any

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience in project management
• Strong understanding of SAP related environment either ABAP or Basis/Technical role in delivering SAP Projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills especially with top and senior business stakeholders
• Driven and ability to set pace and drive momentum in a fast-paced environment
