A consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking experienced SAP Professionals to oversee ERP projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive continuous improvement of SAP solutions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and possess specialized knowledge in modules like BASIS, HCM, or Finance. Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and participate in all phases of the ERP/HRMS project, including blueprint workshops, requirements definition, data migration, UAT, system training, and go-live support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Engineering departments to identify business needs and map them to SAP functionalities.
Vendor & Consultant Management: Collaborate with external consultants and SI vendors to configure modules and deliver technical specifications.
System Optimization: Support continuous improvement of SAP and SuccessFactors solutions post-go-live.
Change Management: Manage business changes and process transitions during the 18-month rollout period.
Focus: Lead implementation of EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and Payroll (ECP).
Key Task: Collaborate with HR to migrate time management and payroll functions.
Focus: Technical administration of SAP landscapes (RISE, BTP, Azure) and HANA Database administration.
Key Task: Manage cloud identity (IAS, SSO, MFA), VPN connectivity, and system security/audits (ISO27001).
Focus: Implementation of PM and MM modules for daily Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations.
Key Task: Address gaps between business processes and MES solutions like iMRO.
Focus: Delivery of FI, CO, PS, and SD modules covering AP/AR, asset accounting, and banking systems.
Key Task: Advise on finance transformation and MRO-specific finance domain mapping.
Focus: Managing external applications and API development via the SAP BTP platform.
Key Task: Ensure seamless data flow using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and SAP PO/PI.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Engineering (related to the specific role).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant project experience with SAP S/4HANA and specific module expertise (HCM, BASIS, PM/MM, or FICO).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with BTP, Azure Cloud, and Fiori technologies.
Understanding of MRO, Aviation, or Engineering industries (for MRO/Finance roles).
Knowledge of MES/iMRO and integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, and OData.
Soft Skills: Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, self‑motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical ideas clearly.
