Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Specialist to provide technical support and develop solutions for Life Sciences projects. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP, proficiency in Mandarin, and a strong grasp of RICEFW and S/4HANA. The role involves collaboration with AMS Support teams and contributions to ongoing improvement processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP support and development roles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Experience with RICEFW, S/4HANA, and CDS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the China AMS Support Team for ABAP requirements.
• Provide technical support for SAP ABAP issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the China AMS Support Team to address ABAP requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP issues
• Develop and implement ABAP solutions as needed
• Participate in both support and development activities for Life Sciences projects
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP support and development roles
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking ability is mandatory)
• Experience with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Knowledge of S/4HANA
• Experience with CDS (Core Data Services)
• Familiarity with Adobe Forms
• Experience with ODATA services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
• Preferred: Experience in Life Sciences accounts
• Preferred: ABAP certification
