Requirements

• Experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome

• Able to work in shifts/weekend/public holiday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a luxury, personalized shopping experience
• Present and explain Osmanli Oud perfumes, oud oils, incense, and related products, including fragrance notes, origins, and usage
• Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on preferences, occasions, and budget
• Demonstrate products through scent testing while following hygiene and safety standards
• Actively promote new arrivals, exclusive collections, and special offers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and testers in a clean and attractive condition
• Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist with restocking
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities
• Follow company policies, brand standards, and appearance guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
